1920s vs 1930s Era (optional) Themed Costume Party
1) WHO & WHAT: It’s that Spooktacular time again! The nonprofit LIFE Org. celebrates Board Member, Keila, on her Birthday through a Crossover with Flamingle Entertainment LLC & Cosmopolitan Reclamation LLC. Through the donations of Halloween-Queen, Keila, guests shall enjoy a night of goodies, music, mingling, and more, at 1930s Sinners-setting-similar brick building & bar. This is a co-ed adult mixer with an (optional theme to dress either 1920s vs 1930s era wear where you would see shows & film pictures as inspiration). This networking event is to party, mingle, chat & give, and partial proceeds shall go towards the not-for-profit, Latinos in Film and Entertainment= (LIFE) Organization.
-Optional Theme to follow: There is a Roaring 1920s / Gatsby / Downtown Abbey vs. 1930s -Sinners film / Great Depression era Costume (OPTIONAL THEME to Dress) BUT if you want to wear either plain clothes (or) Halloween looks too, that is fine. There is no strict dress code but please dress nice and neat for this upscale venue, especially since there will be flash photography. *Note that the birthday girl hints to lean towards wearing a 1920s external look-but again no pressure to match.

-The area to map for reference is: Midtown West, NYC. It is a large bar & restaurant serving food and drink options. It is NOT a dance club so we could sip & chat there as well as wiggle.
3) WHEN: Start time is 9:15 pm ET sharp for Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026. Please note that seating is first come and first serve but I booked a table for the first 6 to claim seats, the next people could either get bar seats directly near us or book their own table nearby us after getting tickets on https://www.flamingleentertainment.com/halloween2026 for the location reveal and number.
There is no end time that could be determined-as some of us are Night Owls.
-Terms:
A) Guests can view the menus on the day of and order and pay on SEPARATE TABS at the bar. Your own bill is acceptable to pay, there is no long table seating.
B) Guests shall enter and ask for my name of the table space or look for the Flamingle signage at the table to gather at the reserved area, by the bar & table seating-hybrid setting, which opens up standing and sitting options for guests.
4) HOW: Guests shall be given goodie bags with their pre-paid or paid electronic receipt / tickets:

-TIPS:
It is recommended that after the ticket is purchased and you write for the address /details: to map and plan travel in advance so as not to be too late. Also, it is advised to dress to impress, bring your ID and card or cash, and remind of your separate tab request when ordering.
WHY: Overall, we shall have a great time, celebrate the Halloween holiday and K’s birthday, spread the word and the fliers, and uplift LIFE, Latinos in Film + Entertainment, for a growing community through a charitable cause.
