1) WHO & WHAT: LIFE Org. celebrates Board Member, Keila's birthday-time on Día de Los Muertos through a Crossover with Flamingle Entertainment. Through the donations of Halloween-Queen, Keila, guests shall enjoy a night of raffles, goodies, music, mingling, and more, at a beautifully rented new space, for a royal experience. This is a co-ed adult mixer to party / network & give, as partial proceeds shall go towards the not-for-profit, Latinos in Film and Entertainment= (LIFE) Organization.

 

-Optional Theme to follow: There is a Royal-Wardrobe (OPTIONAL DRESS THEME) to put on royal wear (including dresses, drapes, robes, royal armor-wear & fairytale costumes) BUT if you want to wear either plain clothes (or) a Dia de Los Muertos look too, that is fine. There is no strict dress code but please dress nice and neat for this upscale venue, especially since there will be flash photography.

 

2) WHERE: 

Location will be sent: once ticket is purchased. The area to map for reference is: Lower East Side, NYC. It is in Downtown Manhattan, described as a good-looking new bar & restaurant serving food and drink options. It is NOT a loud club so we could sip & chat there.

 

3) WHEN: Start time is 8:30 pm start time for Saturday, November 1, 2025.

     There is no end time that could be determined-as some of us are Night Owls and will stay until late

 

-Terms:

      A) Guests can view the menus on the day of and order and pay on SEPARATE TABS. You own bill is acceptable to pay, no long          table seating.

      B) Guests shall enter and immediately gather at the reserved area, by the front bar & table seating-hybrid setting, which opens up          standing and sitting options.

4) HOW: Guests shall be given goodie bags with their pre-paid or paid raffle tickets handed out to them; The Raffle drawing shout-out shall

     happen at least an hour or two into the event start and shall be to announce winners of:

     A) PRIZE #1:   A Premium Cognac Boxed and worth $120-$250 plus

     B) PRIZE #2:   A Pink Tequila Gift Set with a shot glass​

TICKET COST (and) what's INCLUDED with the ticket(s):

A) $27.99 per person (includes entry, a tiny goodie bag AND a raffle ticket) to two for the chance to win one of the prizes mentioned above. 

B) $37.99 (includes entry, a goodie bag, and (3) raffle tickets)

C) If you want to make a higher payment to go towards Keila's Flamingle Entertainment LLC and LIFE, feel free to do so and use the contact box to specify below. The venue needs attendees for the fundraiser so we appreciate all but hope to see you or the person you are gifting a ticket to: at the event.

*Please note that more raffle tickets could be purchased at $5 a ticket during the live event. The venue is not hosting the raffle so kindly refer to the Host below or mutual contacts of the event to get your raffle tickets.​

-Ticket purchase includes the aforementioned, no more, no less: there shall be a food and drink menu available to purchase at the venue.

​-TIPS:​

It is recommended that after the ticket is purchased and you write for the address /details: to map and plan travel in advance not to be too late. Also, it is advised to dress to impress, bring you ID and card or cash, remind of your separate tab request when ordering and stay for the raffle drawing because it is NOT guaranteed that the Organizers of this event shall hold your prize to carry to you while you are gone. Alternatively, you could gift your tickets and gift your prizes if you cannot be present.

TERMS /CONDITIONS / IMPORTANT NOTES:​

 Inquiries about collection of prize(s), subject to raffle drawings’ winners, and retrieval of purchasers’ goodies could be referred to LIFE Org. and Flamingle Ent. Hosts for the event. But prizes and goodies must be either redeemed in person, or at your own arranging of pick-up through others. Flamingle Entertainment and LIFE are not responsible for delivery of prizes or goodies and are not liable for lost or stolen items.
There shall be no refunds, unless the raffle drawings are cancelled, not the event. If you cannot attend, you could give your purchased raffle ticket(s) to others and report who is assigned to attend or deliver items, after pick-up.
The venue and its staff are responsible for liquor service and for location’s liability insurance, not Flamingle Entertainment LLC. Please bring a valid ID and if applicable, drink responsibly.

FAQs

-Is there parking near the venue? Parking is accessible via options a block or more away, of free residential /street meter and garage parking. That street itself is busy but there's street parking to plan to search for.

-What kind of music is played in the event venue? A mix of  top 100 and oldies. You could feel free to ask for a song request, if you dare!

-Can you bring dessert and light props? Yes, cake, cupcakes, props, and decor are allowed without fees and they could store the dessert in a fridge.

-I can no longer attend the event; are there refunds? NO, this is an expenses paid event for a charitable cause; so there shall be NO REFUNDS-UNLESS: the raffle drawing is cancelled with no make-up dates.
